Inside are two police officers, Officer Walker (Michael Frasson) and Officer Frank (Lance Quillen), who are combing over the crime scene. Officer Jack Murphy, LSD-9000's last partner has been found dead inside, as well as trace elements of Nutronium 138/187. Arriving on the scene is the Neo-American Police Chief Decker, accompanied by the Garrison Stormtrooper (Matt Winnie). What follows next is a conversation full of exposition as we learn details about Flex, his bomb, and the threat he poses to the world. The final project will be remastered from the original RAW shooting tapes, which would be a 1st generation capture. I am simply using the old masters for editing and timing purposes, so please excuse the sub-quality of the images. It still needs some work and polishing, but for posterity's sake I present here the v2.0 analog rough cut. As I digitize the old VHS footage and edit it, I have started to lay out some basic visual effects (sort of animatics) and have started to design the sound.
