Downtowns are super popular cards with special art themed around a team/player's city/culture. These rare inserts aren't guaranteed per case making them one of the toughest cards to chase! Hobby boxes have an SRP of $240 but resell in the $400 range. Every box contains 18 10-card packs (18 box cases).
