There are no expensive blasting materials such as sand or dry-ice, no hazardous chemicals, less consumables and the JETLASER is a mobile solution, bringing the solution to your problem. Users can learn to operate the system within a few hours of on-site or remote training. Starting a machine takes only minutes, while settings can be easily selected using the touch panel controls. Guaranteeing even greater flexibility, operators can store individual settings for future use. Service and updates to the machine can be done over the air. Operating the equipment requires proper training and safety equipment. Equipment safety is also ensured by having PL d (performance level d) and SIL 3 (safety integrated level 3) that lock down the laser. There is a control cabinet with industry grade hardware and wired according to CE and/or UL standards. Keeping others safe requires guarding the operating area. This is possible with the laser proof safety curtains that can connect to the interlock circuit of our machines. Vapors created during laser ablation need to be evacuated. We offer suited vaccum systems for your specific purpose. Our lineup includes the ultra compact M100 and M200 with air cooled fiber lasers as well as the workhorses M500 and M1000 for high throughput cleaning.
