How to Make Kava

Making kava isn't a hard thing to do. The way I do it might be slightly more complicated than it even needs to be, and my method is pretty simple as it is! I hope you enjoy the "Binging with Babish" theme -- he's one of my favorite YouTubers out there. Here's the recipe I use: Rounded 1/2 Cup of Medium Grind Kava Powder 2 Cups of Warm Water 2 Cups of Ice 1) Throw your kava into a strainer bag. 2) Shake out as much of the powder as you can from the bag 3) Add the warm water to the kava in the strainer bag in a bowl 4) Knead the kava in the water until you feel like you've removed most of the powder from the strainer bag. If it's oily, you've made a great purchase! 5) Add the ice to the liquid, stir it all up, and drink! I generally space kava out, drinking 4oz every 20 minutes.
