Ingredients: Spareribs Soy Sauce Pineapple Juice Fish Sauce Salt & Pepper Oil Tomatoes Onions Garlic Peppercorns Sweet Potatoes Green Peas (Frozen) Banana Ketchup Eden Cheese Recipe Step 1 (0:43) In a sealed container, marinate the spareribs with soy sauce, Pineapple juice, fish sauce, and pepper. Marinate for at least 2 to 3 hours. Step 2 (1:08) Prepare the ingredients. Mince the garlic. Dice the onions. Chop the tomatoes. Cut the sweet potatoes into smaller pieces. Step 3 (1:49) Heat oil in a cooking pan and fry the sweet potatoes until it turns a darker shade of yellow. Step 4 (2:32) In a separate wok, heat the oil. Saute the tomatoes, onions, and garlic. Step 5 (3:30) Next, add the marinated spareribs. Step 6 (3:40) Season with pepper. Step 7 (3:48) Pour the water into the pot. Let it simmer until the spare ribs are fully cooked. Step 8 (4:10) Add the reserved marinade. Step 9 (4:19) Add the peppercorn. Step 10 (4:48) Next, add the banana ketchup. Step 11 (5:01) Add the sweet potatoes. Step 12 (5:12) Add the green peas.
