This year we are massively expanding our operation adding 65+ new beds, a 30'x48' high tunnel, and 2 caterpillar tunnels. This season we will have around 100, 40 ft long, beds 30" wide which come out to about 1/2 acre of area or 10,000 sqft of bed space under production. With this we will harvest around 200-300 lb of produce a week that we sell to local restaurants and at our many farmers market. Our goal is to share the techniques required to farm naturally with the troublesome insects and weather conditions across the US.
