Banana cake is one of those wonderfully forgiving and quick recipes — perfect for using up ripe bananas. The natural sweetness and moisture from the bananas do a lot of the work for you. Most recipes just need basic ingredients like: Ingredients: 250g flour 200g sugar 3 eggs 130ml oil 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring 3 ripe bananas in the oven at 180°C degrees for 45 minutes.
