Into The Valley II - Trail Riding in the Wye Valley

Part two of a trilogy of videos celebrating trail riding within the beautiful Wye Valley AONB. This second visit incorporated a few green roads that I didn’t include in my first visit and routed my Yamaha WR250F riding friend and I up some of the trickier stuff. As you can see, it was much wetter than my previous visit which made for hard going on the rocky limestone hill roads which criss-cross the area. The route started near Tintern Abbey and headed north to Monmouth, crossing the River Wye a few times in the process. After lunch we headed south towards Newport before finally riding east to Chepstow and accross the Severn Road Bridge back into England proper. All of the route lies within the ‘triangle’ formed by the A466, A449 and A48, save for a few lanes east of the A466 in Gloucestershire. 28.05.17, CRF250L
