Overwatch’s Infiltration Animated Short is out, and awesome for Overwatch lore and story! "Infiltration" tells a story, probably in the present day of Overwatch's lore (if not just before), where Talon are attempting to assassinate the CEO of Volskaya Industries. Reaper, Widowmaker and Sombra unite to hunt Volskaya down to her office, where Sombra reveals that she's engineered the meeting all along, and instead of killing "the most powerful woman in Russia", reveals that shes knows a deep secret of Volskaya's, and makes a counter-offer... In this video I jump into the short to analyse what we learn about Sombra and Talon's lore and story, Katia Volskaya of Volskaya Industries, the mysterious Omnic featured, and more with reaction and some thoughts.
