Taal Thok Ke: 'मस्जिदें छीन लेंगे..' वक्फ कानून पर शाजिया ने खोला चिट्ठा! | Waqf Law | Supreme Court Supreme Court on Waqf Law: वक्फ कानून को लेकर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में आज दूसरे दिन भी लगातार सुनवाई हुई..SC में सुनवाई को अगर डिकोड करें तो हम कह सकते हैं कि देश की सबसे बड़ी अदालत ने वक्फ कानून पर पूरी तरह से रोक नहीं लगाई..बल्कि CJI ने कहा कि वक्फ कानून में कुछ अच्छी चीजें हैं...कोर्ट में सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने कहा कि सरकार का पक्ष रखने के लिए एक हफ्ते का वक्त दिया जाए..जिसे अदालत ने मान लिया और सरकार को सात दिन में जवाब दाखिल करने को कहा..इस बीच सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा कि जवाब दाखिल करने तक कानून पर यथास्थिति बरकरार रहेगी..इसका मतलब ये हुआ कि नए कानून के मुताबिक अगले एक हफ्ते तक कुछ भी फैसला नहीं लिया जाएगा..जिस पर सॉलिसिटर जनरल तुषार मेहता ने कोर्ट को भरोसा दिया कि वक़्फ़ बोर्ड और काउंसिल में फिलहाल कोई नियुक्ति नहीं होगी..साथ ही इस दौरान 'वक्फ बाय यूजर' संपत्ति भी डिनोटिफाई नहीं की जाएगी..इससे पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट में बुधवार को करीब 70 मिनट तक सुनवाई चली थी..जिसमें केंद्र सरकार और याचिकाकर्ताओं के बीच तीखे सवाल-जवाब भी हुए..आज इस मामले में फिर सुनवाई के बाद अगली तारीख 5 मई को मुकर्रर की गई है.. Meanwhile, the Supreme Court said that the status quo on the law will remain till the reply is filed.. This means that according to the new law, no decision will be taken for the next one week.. On which Solicitor General Tushar Mehta assured the court that there will be no appointment in the Waqf Board and Council at present.. Also, during this time 'Waqf by User' property will also not be denotified.. Earlier, the hearing in the Supreme Court went on for about 70 minutes on Wednesday.. in which there were also sharp questions and answers between the central government and the petitioners.
