In this session we will be cycling through our hips, knees, ankles, and feet in a way that will leave you refreshed and inspired. We feel more powerful when we have choices. In this class we get to explore how we access choices in our practice. When do we need more softness and when do we need more strength? Each time we step onto our mat we have an opportunity to catch imbalances that lie within ourselves before anyone else does. We get to minimize our blind spots. This is the gift of yoga. It supports us to be well organized and increasingly aware. We’ll explore this concept with simple reminders throughout the session. Grab a ball, two blocks, a blanket and a bolster for this one.
