HUD-VASH: Providing Safe Housing, Quality Health Care for Veterans

The Housing and Urban Development-VA Supportive Housing (HUD-VASH) program is a major contributor to the federal government’s efforts to prevent and end homelessness among Veterans. In this video, subject matter experts the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, specifically the Homeless Programs Office (HPO), explain how this collaborative program between HUD and VA combines HUD housing vouchers with VA supportive services to help Veterans who are homeless and their families find and sustain permanent housing.
