[FULL CASE STUDY]: https://www.iqvideo.net/san-francisco... San Francisco, CA, Green Screen Studio LED Wall Virtual Video Production For Innovaccer - A $3.2B Valuation Healthcare Startup Company Innovaccer, a healthcare startup company with a valuation of $3.2 billion, recently hosted a virtual keynote presentation in San Francisco. To ensure a smooth production, they enlisted the help of IQvideo. With a fully equipped green screen studio, a large LED wall, and a multi-camera setup, IQvideo created an engaging visual experience for the audience. The virtual event surpassed expectations and left attendees impressed and engaged. The project involved setting up a 15x10ft LED wall in a complete green screen studio. A three-camera setup was used, along with a confidence monitor, teleprompter, and carefully designed lighting to match the background image. The keynote was edited into a single video, with post-production enhancements to make the image look realistic. The target audience for this virtual event included both internal and external stakeholders, such as investors. The main challenges faced during the production process were matching the lighting conditions to the selected background image, controlling the keynote presentation on multiple monitors and a teleprompter, and managing the setup and breakdown within a short timeframe. To address these challenges, the production team carefully examined the background image to identify the quality, color, and direction of the light, and recreated it in the studio. Multiple computers and clickers were used to ensure a seamless presentation and interaction with the audience. The team also arrived the night before the event to set up and test the draping, stage, monitors, and sound. The production process involved location scouting, taking measurements of the room, renting necessary equipment and grip, and conducting dry runs to ensure everything ran smoothly. On the day of the event, the crew arrived two hours in advance to set up the cameras, live stream, and sound. Post-production included editing all videos and photos, color correction, and final delivery. The production team consisted of three videographers, an audio/visual technician, a photographer, and a production manager. The video equipment used included stationary video cameras Sony FX6 and Sony FX3, as well as a Sony a7s3 for roaming shots. The deliverables for this project included a live stream, raw footage, and photography.
