The prizes will consist of Tapatio Hot Sauce, Swag & BAD BIRDY’s swag set and a bottle of BAD BIRDY House Old Fashioned! One of my favorite ways to enjoy Tapatio Hot Sauce is over fresh made popcorn! This cocktail recipe pays tribute to that and also includes flavors of pineapple, kettle corn and elote! See below for giveaway entry rules. "It's The Saauuce!" 2oz Kettle Corn Infused Tequila Blanco .75oz Fresh Pressed Pineapple Juice .75oz Tapatio Elote Syrup .75oz Fresh Lemon Juice Mint Leaves 2 Dashes of Tapatio Hot Sauce Garnish: Popcorn Cone with Tapatio Kettle Corn Infused Tequila: 1. Pop some fresh Kettle Corn 2. Add 3 cups of popped kettle corn to 1 cup of tequila 3. Allow to sit for 2 hours 4. Run through cheesecloth and then fine mesh strainer Tapatio Elote Syrup 1. Cut off all the kernels from your corn on the cob 2. Roast the kernels on a pan with 1/4 tsp of butter 3. In a pot simmer your left over cob, 3 cups of water and 2 tbsp of Tapatio for 15 minutes 4. Strain water and add to blender with roasted corn 5. Whip in blender for 1 minute 6. Allow mixture to sit for 30 minutes 7.
