Red Bank Tn is a city in Hamilton county surrounded by Chattanooga on all sides. Walden's Ridge of the Appalachian Plateau is just to the west of Red Bank which has the town of Signal Mountain Tn. Red Bank has a population of about 12,000. Highway 27 runs from downtown Chattanooga across the Tennessee river into Red Bank. Cherokee Boulevard which becomes Dayton Boulevard in Red Bank comes through a tunnel in Stringers Ridge from the Northshore neighborhood of Chattanooga.The prestigious private Baylor school lies just off highway 27 next to Red Bank. Red Bank High School is also located in Red Bank. I also drove into the Northshore neighborhood and into downtown Chattanooga.
