Baiting involves deliberately creating an opening to provoke a predictable attack, then countering it with timing, positioning, and control. The lesson outlines three advanced boxing baits: dropping the lead hand to draw a rear-hand attack and counter over the top; dropping the rear hand to entice a jab or left hook and intercept with a straight punch before rolling underneath; and dropping both hands briefly to invite a head strike, snapping back to evade, then re-entering with a combination. Emphasis is placed on awareness, footwork, timing, and opponent reading, with a clear warning that these techniques are high-risk and intended for experienced practitioners only.
