Hello neighbors, Steven here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at this RV shower valve with the included vacuum breaker. It's a dual-knob handle and it is white in color. So folks, this shower valve will let you upgrade your bathroom shower valve, either in your RV or camper or possibly outside in your portable outside compartment as well. The vacuum breaker is gonna allow you to attach a handheld shower set, sold separately, that would attach here on the vacuum breaker. Again, that handheld shower set is sold separately. This will prevent backflow contamination of your clean water supply, so it's got a little hole in here and stuff to help it automatically kinda pull that water back out whenever you're not using it. It's got a nice dual-handle design with smoked acrylic knob handles. They're marked on top, H for hot, C for cold, and it's a washerless stem that's gonna reduce friction and daily wear for long-lasting durability. So it does come with the included two deck plate nuts here, it'll simply screw on or off, hand-tight's all you need, got a little plate here, the deck plate, as they call it. This would go on, now when you're installing this, you're also gonna need some tile and tub caulk, that's not included, and what you'll do is you'll put that on this guy and that helps make a nice watertight seal around all this when it's mounted on your wall of the RV or camper or whatnot. And again, once you've got that through, these guys simply screw on, and you thread them in, hand-tight, about as tight as you can go by hand. Keep in mind, everything's plastic, so be gentle, but it's a hand-tight installation. It is UPC and CSA compliant, and the inlet shanks here are your standard male NPSM connections. Now for some dimensions, overall, the base is six inches wide. It's about three inches tall from the deck wherever it's getting installed at to the top of the handle. And overall without, with everything here, the threads and everything, it's 4 1/4 inches. Now the inlet shanks, again, are 1/2 inch. The outer diameter of those is 3/16, and the distance center to center between 'em is four inches, center to center. Those guys are 1 1/2 inches long on that threaded part there again, so they'll stick out 1 1/2 inches. That should give you enough space to mount this. And the vacuum breaker itself, the outer diameter here is 13/16 of an inch. Folks, this has a nice one-year warranty, and again, this is our RV shower valve with the built-in vacuum breaker, dual-knob handle, white.
