Mark gets Chris' reaction to the announcement this week by Health Secretary Matt Hancock that Public Health England is to be scrapped and replaced by a National Institute for Health Protection. PHE has been a thorn in Chris' side since it was set up back in 2013 – prioritising nanny state interventions and lectures about obesity over preparing for genuine public health crises like say a pandemic.
