Helping Children Have Personal Scripture Study

Here is a video giving suggestions for helping our children with their personal scripture study. I discuss the importance of personal scriptures, marking verses, motivators, and our own examples in helping our children develop a habit of regular scripture study. This was the first video I recorded while I had kids home, and it took much longer than planned. Rerecording due to background noise, interruptions (asking "what?" when they thought I was talking to them), and a photobombing fly pushed me later into the evening where recording had to fit between making dinner and getting kids to activities. So, you will notice the lighting in the video changes as I lost my natural light from the window that balances out the indoor lights. I was frustrated when I saw how bad it looked, but I knew I just didn't have time to rerecord it. So, it is what it is... Clearly, becoming a professional video producer isn't in my future.🤣
