Kootenay National Park is located in the southeastern part of British Columbia. While traveling through Banff National Park we detoured into Kootenay for a few hours and viewed Numa Falls and did the easy 1.3m/2km out and back hike to the beautiful Paint Pots. We really enjoyed the few hours we spent in this national park and hope to come back someday an spend more time!
