Approach and landing on runway 25R of Barcelona El Prat International Airport in Spain. (BCN /LEBL). Airbus A320 cockpit view from the captains seat. With ATC (air traffic control) audio. Produced in 4k. On this nice day, we had to fly a "transition route" for traffic sequencing before landing at the airport. We passed the airport of Girona and flew directly toward the city of Barcelona, but the prescribed arrival transition turned us away from the city and the airport of Barcelona. We had to fly via several navigation points which are located along the Mediterranean coastline before we got radar vectors from ATC for the final approach to runway 25R. Josep Tarradellas Barcelona–El Prat Airport opened already in 1918. Now it consists of 3 runways: 25R/07L, 25L/07R and 02/20. Most of the time, 25R/07L is used for landings and 25L/07R for takeoffs.
