Mandolin concerto in C major - Antonio Vivaldi

The prelude from Vivaldi's Mandolin Concerto in C! I practiced this piece for a while now on my mandolin and it seemed like a fun project to figure out the other parts and record the whole piece with multiple instruments and make a video clip. My daughter Norah had fall break and helped with shooting the video's which was a lot of fun! I was inspired by Avi Avital's version with the Venice Baroque Orchestra. I play the lead part on my mandolin (a Northfield NF5S), the bass part on my octave mandolin (tuned down as a mandocello), the cello part on my Nyckelharpa, the 'pizzacato' violin parts on my Nyckelharpa and playing the harpsichord part on my guitar. I recorded all parts as separate tracks in Garageband with a Shure Beta 57a microphone and all videos were recorded with my Samsung S7 smartphone. Hope you like it!
