Hey All, so do you snore? Looking for a solution that isn't a CPAP machine but something that will work and is worth it? In this video, I try two anti-snoring devices, more specifically two mouthpieces that will prevent or lessen snoring. To be clear I am actually being diagnosed with Sleep Apnea and my VA doctor has recommended me a CPAP machine. Honestly, though the machine is uncomfortable and a pain to set up, often leaving my mouth dry. These two anti-snoring mouthpiece devices work to a certain extent but are by no means fully effective. You will experience mouth discomfort esp your jaws would hurt, though with continuous use the pain lessens but is still prevalent. It all comes down to what you think is worth it, the pain in your mouth, or the fact that snoring not only affects your life but also those around you.
