This application features three FANUC robots equipped with R-30iB controllers, working in tandem to palletize 24-count 12 oz slim cans at a rate of up to 100 cases per minute. Key features: • Layer Formation and Sorting: Product continuously travels down the infeed conveyor where two FANUC robots sort and configure the cans into a predetermined pallet pattern. • Automated Pallet Handling: An empty pallet is automatically discharged from the pallet dispenser and transferred to the load station. • Continuous Operation: As soon as a full pallet is transferred off the load station, a new empty pallet is positioned, allowing uninterrupted palletizing.
