Welcome back to Episode 8 of our cozy Minecraft survival world 🦆 After all the gearing up, redstone, and progression over the last few episodes, this one marks a bit of a shift. With Elytra unlocked and the starter area feeling more established, it’s finally time to start preparing for some much bigger builds. We kick things off by adding one last farm to the starter area — a compact sugarcane farm to keep up with our ever-growing rocket habit. From there, the focus shifts to terraforming in a big way. We carve out an entire mountainside, cover up old ravines, light up hidden caves, and start shaping a massive platform that will eventually hold our first real storage system. Along the way, we talk through design ideas, storage problems, gradients, vines, and how to make large terrain edits still feel natural and cozy. This episode is less about rushing progress and more about setting the foundation for what’s coming next. By the end, we’ve completely transformed the area — turning what was once raw stone and dirt into something that finally feels intentional, lived in, and ready for the next phase of the world.
