Testing 3 brand new 2024 Sur Ron Ultra Bee s ! We took them on some flowy trails, powerline roads, ripped some wheelies, and tested the range off road. The Ultra Bees did not dissapoint and are a huge step up from the Sur Ron Light Bee, even a heavily modified Light Bee does not compare. Trying to categorize this bike is tough, it still feels like a light and nimble play bike, but is definitely bigger/ heavier than a Sur Ron Light Bee (in a good way) . To me it feels like it fills the gaps that Light Bee always left me feeling. I purchased the US Version (off-road only) Ultra Bee from Shock Power Sports in FL with a $500 off code and it shipped to my house in Atlanta in 2 days. The other 2 Ultra Bees were the International Version (set up for street-legal with lights etc) purchased from Double Spring Machinery on Alibaba. com . They were purchased together , and my buddies paid about $1200-2000 less per bike depending on who you order from. It took them 60 days to recieve the bikes, but they showed up and are 100% legit. Link Below. https://www.alibaba.com/product-detai... We were all super impressed how well the Sur Ron Ultra Bee rode straight out of the box. In stock form, the Ultra Bees are amazing. The brakes , the suspension, the size- everything felt very sturdy and well put together. At one point, we all had Sur Ron X Light Bees and ended up doing all kinds of mods to make them better. On my bike I did Fox 40 shocks, heavier suspension, better brakes, wheels etc. My buddy Elliot did full blown 72V battery, controller, etc... and no matter what, the Sur Ron light bees just never felt sturdy enough off road. They also felt great for wheelies and urban riding, although they are a bit less stealthy than the Light Bees. Stay tuned throughout the video for some Bonus How To Wheelie tips for Sur Ron. To be fair we all have also had a variety of full size dirt Bikes. Currently most of my group rides KTM 300 XC-Ws and we ride trails / medium enduro . Sur Ron Ultra Bee vs dirt bike, Sur Ron Ultra bee is super lightweight and rideable , perfect to throw around in tight terrain . The handbrake is also great.
