EnterpriseWeb webinar hosted by IWPC on 052125 https://iwpc.survey.fm/enterpriseweb-... The Telecom Ontology: The Missing Links for Level 4 Autonomous Networking Achieving Level 4 Autonomous Networking in a multi-vendor, multi-domain and multi-cloud operation is hard. Limited network transparency and interoperability are roadblocks to what AI agents can see and do. The new Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols are not enough, nor is data aggregation. To unleash the value of network data and enable dynamic configuration and continuous optimization, Telcos need a unified and harmonized network model. A standards-based Telecom Ontology provides the missing links, a semantic layer, to connect, query, simulate and manage operations! A Telecom Ontology represents a digital twin of the network; a graph of all the connected elements (physical and virtual), their locations, interfaces, dependencies, and current state/telemetry. It supports a horizontal platform abstraction with a unified interface, common domain and object model, and shared memory and tools for seamless automation across silos, layers, technologies and environments. The presenters will demonstrate how a Telecom Ontology allows developers to “Talk to the Network” and enables Level 4 Autonomous Networking. Copyright 2025, EnterpriseWeb LLC. All Rights Reserved.
