I cry out loud, but silence surrounds, Still I believe Your mercy abounds. Chorus Lord, I need Your help, I cannot stand alone, Stretch out Your hand, let Your power be shown. You are my refuge, my fortress, my song, In You I find strength when the night feels long. "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1) Chains of fear, they hold me tight, But Your Word is a lamp, it shines so bright. You said, “Come to Me, all burdened, all weak,” So here I am, it’s Your face I seek.
