In collaboration with @OysterBoysBrewingCo (of YouTube home brewing fame!), Martin & Stiffo took a trip up to Chester for a special episode of our #BrewWithYou series! 🎥✨ For this brew day, we took on the challenge of crafting a super modern version of a Hopfenweizen – a German wheat beer with a modern twist! This hoppy, full-bodied beer combines a sweet malty aroma with a bold hop character, bringing together the best of two worlds. Mark & Penny, the duo behind The Oyster Boys, have very different beer preferences – Mark loves big, hoppy New England-style beers, while Penny enjoys traditional German and Belgian wheat beers.
