Great results with the new sail and hydroplaning skimmer!

The sail did well. It created a good shape. The top speed was 8.2 mph in shifty medium winds. The top did not twist away. The sprit did well to hold the peak. I am ready to test it on the Chesapeake Bay. The newest skimmer design did well. I think I will make a matching one. Other than getting tangled up in the main sheet a few times and having a hard time keeping my foils down, the sailing was great! I feel confident that the skimmers will do 2 things, keep me from capsizing and increase my top speed. The sail would work much better if I made it out of Dacron.
