Ingredients - Boneless pork/meat of your preference, Sweet & smoky season (7 TBSP), 3-4 cup of your favorite BBQ sauce/homemade bbq your preference, 1 medium yellow onion,1 medium green bell pepper Tropical Sazon (5 TBSP), Worcestershire sauce, Poultry seasoning (5 TBSP), Old Bay (2 TBSP), Spaghetti 1/2 lbs your preference (I used 2 lbs this will last 3-4 days for my family can also freeze for 3-6 months. Preparation instructions as follows: Clean & rinse meat, place in a large bowl or pan heavily pour over Worcestershire sauce AKA "W" sauce all over. Add your seasonings as measured above with your clean hand begin to rub into the meat while turning and coating mixing the seasonings in well. marinade meat in fridge for 30 mins. Remove from fridge after 30 mins allow meat to set out for 15-20 mins prior to pan searing. STOVE TOP INSTRUCTIONS pan sear meat on medium heat in a large skillet/pot for 3-5 mins on both sides, place into a pressure cooker once all meat has been pan seared add, chicken broth (1 carton), seal pressure cooker & cook for 45 - 1 hr for added tenderness. ONCE MEAT HAS COMPLETED COOKING IN THE PRESSURE COOKER DO THE FOLLOWING: remove meat from pressure cooker using a large spoon with holes remove meat only and begin to pull pork apart with 2 forks/hands your preference. mix your favorite BBQ sauce with meat and mix it all together well. cook pasta per packing instruction drain, add meat coated with BBQ sauce into pasta and pulled pork/meat of preference.
