In this meditative yin practice the focus is on the 4 quadrants of upper thighs- quadriceps, adductors, abductors and hamstrings. We will relax, softening the muscles and hold the poses for 3-4 minutes, targeting the fascia to maintain range of motion and health of the tissues. This practice will leave you feeling centered, relaxed and expansive. Bring your props- bolsters, pillows, blocks and blankets. I will give several options for support for each pose. Beginner friendly.
