WATCH: House clerk reads full articles of impeachment | Trump's first impeachment

Trump's first impeachment - 2020 Ahead of a historic House vote on impeachment, House Reading Clerk Joe Novotny on Dec. 18 read the full articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump. The two articles charge Trump with abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. Earlier in the day, the House voted to approve rules for the vote. Several hours of debate are expected to follow before the full House vote on impeachment. If passed, the process will then head for a trial in the Senate, where Republicans have a majority.
