It’s time for the next Wildwoods construction update video. We are going through hyper speed with the amount of new businesses that will be opening and construction projects. Marvis Pancake House - Located in North Wildwood, the signs on this building have been removed as the building gets for it’s yet-to-know yet use. Panoramic Motel Transformation - Located at 21st and surf, the historic Panoramic Motel motel is going through a transformation to become the the Beach House Motel. Crews were onside this week getting the roof repaired. New North Wildwood Boardwalk Ramp - The new access ramp on the boardwalk is being installed. It will bring guests from the boardwalk to the beach plus they are extending the bike path so you can access it via 22nd street. Hassles Ice Cream New Location - Hassles Ice Cream is expanding to include a second location down the street at 21st and New Jersey Ave. This used to be the old Golf-Cart rental building. The Rook Wildwood - The Rook is taking over the old location of Good Night Irenes. Work is being done on the entire building and right now sliding is going up quickly. La Cantina - Construction has officially started on Wildwood’s new Tex-Mex restaurant, La Cantina. This used to be the former Hurricane Night Club. Sandy Boots Saloon - The country-themed saloon is moving quickly to be ready in time for summer. Crews are working on the outside beer garden section this week. Wildwood Boardwalk Reconstruction: The main project is done and crews are now installing the railings in certain sections. The light poles should be the last phase in this as crews are moving to finish the expansion project first. Wildwood Boardwalk Expansion: The expansion part of the project is now complete and now crews are building the pavilions that will sit in the expansion part of the boardwalk. This will give guests to a spot to relax out of the sun or rain.
