When I first looked at this sonata in the old Italian edition I saw a metronome mark that was so fast I thought that it must be a mistake: half-note equals 108. Well, it's actually not quite as ridiculous as I thought and while this isn't quite that fast, it's close and an absolute blast to play though it would be nice to have a third hand for some of those very low notes that are then followed by a three octave skip back upwards. Domenico Scarlatti wrote 555 keyboard sonatas, mostly in one movement each. While they were written for harpsichord (except for a handful that explicitly state "organ") they are played and enjoyed by keyboard artists as diverse as Kenneth Gilbert, Vladimir Horowitz, and many, many more.
