I tried emi wong's slim leg challenge and let me just say THE RESULTS are interesting. In this video I show How I got lean legs in one week with no diet which the results are solely based from the workouts itself. I did not workout on my legs nor my butt for nearly a month just for the sake of this challenge and to find out whether EMI WONG'S SLIM LEG WORKOUTS are effective or not!
