Located in the Texas Hill Country, Krause Springs is a privately-owned campground and spring-fed swimming hole that is the perfect nature escape from the city. In this video, I’ll take you along for the full experience of camping at Krause Springs — from setting up our tent, exploring the springs, building a campfire, to chilling & listening to the peaceful sounds of nature. 💧 About Krause Springs Krause Springs is located in Spicewood, Texas, just about 30 miles from Austin. It’s a popular spot for locals and travelers who love swimming in natural springs, camping under the stars, and relaxing in nature. There are several natural springs on the property, a man-made pool, hidden caves, cliff jumps, rope swing, and waterfalls. 🏕️ Camping Experience We stayed overnight in one of the designated camping areas, surrounded by tall cypress trees (my favorite type of tree). There’s plenty of space for tents, RVs, and even hammock camping.
