3 Ways to Prevent Single Strand Knots | fine natural hair

Single strand knots also known as SSKs are particularly problematic for those of us with natural hair. If you have fine natural hair, it's even more problematic because our hair is fragile to begin with and knots forming all throughout our hair wreaks havoc on our strands. If gaining length is your goal, you'll want to prevent single strand knots from forming as much as possible. To put in to perspective, single strand knots are not a sign of unhealthy hair.
