In order to celebrate the channel admin's 100 subscribers special, almost all the lifts in this place are featured in this channel, except for the office and service lifts. These four lifts [featured in this video] serves the guestroom floors 17-36, including the Grand Club Lounge at level 37, a restaurant called THIRTY8 at level 38 and a sky lobby which had hotel's reception at level 39 (also known as "L") with access to the ground floor lobby's shuttle lifts. Two lifts on the right side also serves level 2 which was Essa Spa, a swimming pool, fitness centre, and access to the carpark lifts. These had the same fixtures and cabs as the shuttle ones, and for some reason, the right lifts had their hall station on the lobby floor removed, and only the left side had them. The voice announcements were only featured on the left lifts, while the right ones did not. Only the lobby and 38th floors were accessible without a keycard as floors below that were restricted, but the second floor served on the right side was accessible, thus a full ride on these lifts are possible. As these lifts were on a same group call, hotel guests sometimes were struggling to go to the hotel's facilities on the second floor, where they had to go to the sky lobby to take the shuttle lifts to the ground floor and then the carpark lifts to the second floor. Unlike the sky lobby shuttle lifts, these ran less than a half speed but were quite fast for 23 floors, which was at 3.5 m/s (700 FPM), but the right side goes a bit higher (38 floors) which makes them on a slow side and were quite busy.
