Time-Code Breakdown 00:00 – Arriving without pressure You’re reminded there’s no right way to do this and nothing you need to change. 01:00 – Orienting to safety Your nervous system begins to register support through contact with the body and environment. 02:15 – Meeting the “sabotaging” part You gently notice the part that steps in when growth or change feels near. 03:45 – Locating the part in the body You sense where this protector lives physically, without analyzing or fixing. 05:00 – Curiosity without interrogation You offer this part space to share — without demands, pressure, or expectations. 06:30 – Understanding the job it’s doing You explore what this part is protecting you from and what it fears might happen otherwise. 08:00 – Imagining new possibilities You gently sense what this part might want if it didn’t have to work so hard. 09:30 – Integration and reassurance You reinforce that growth doesn’t require this part to disappear — only to feel less alone. If this practice supported you, save it for moments when growth feels blocked, share it with someone who’s hard on themselves, or return to it whenever self-sabotage shows up wearing a “helpful” disguise.
