Grocery Shopping in Portugal is So Interesting! Great Prices, Quality, and Variety. So Much Fun!!!

Randy and I are spent a month in Portugal. We stayed in hotels, hostels, apartments, and a royal villa. Some we could cook in and some we couldn't, but we got a bag full of goodies to take on our adventure. We also got a leaky, collapsible ice chest for perishables. Portugal is the most abundant country I have ever been to and that includes Italy. We were there in September and all around were trees full of apples, citrus, pears, vines of grapes and kiwis, gardens of cabbages and tomatoes. Almost everyone has some sort of garden who doesn't live in a city high rise. We didn't spend much time in the big cities. We love the countryside and small villages. Join us! ~ Trisha
