Join me for a relaxing slow Sunday morning, starting with a delicious homemade breakfast! 🥑🍞 I make vegan cheese, pea paste for rye bread, chia seed yogurt with blood orange, and enjoy a cozy cup of tea. Recipes: Vegan cheese: 2,5 dl cheese flavored oat cream 2 tablespoons agar agar powder Mix the ingredients in a saucepan and let it boil slowly for about 2 minutes. Chill in the fridge for at least a couple of hours. Pea paste for sandwiches: 200 g of frozen peas ½ dl peeled hemp seeds or pumpkin seeds 1 dl chopped chives 2-3 tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes about 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice salt 1. Defrost the peas. 2. Put all the ingredients in a high-sided bowl and puree until smooth with a stick blender. Add oil until the consistency of the paste is suitable. 3. Store the paste in the refrigerator and eat within 3-4 days. Oven vegetables with Quorn: 800 g potato 1 1/2 tbsp canola oil 1 tsp pizza seasoning 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 (300g) broccoli 250 g Chop cherry or mini plum tomatoes 230 g chickpeas 300 g Quorn (frozen) Sauce 200 g oat sour cream 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp paprika powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1. Wash the potatoes carefully and cut them into good-sized pieces. Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Mix the oil and spices. Pour half of the seasoning oil onto a tray and roll it into the potatoes. 2. Bake the potatoes in a 225-degree oven for 20 minutes 3. Remove the florets from the rinsed broccoli. Cut the largest flowers in half. Peel and chop the stem of the broccoli as well. Wash the tomatoes. Swirl the rest of the seasoning oil into the broccoli and tomatoes. 4. Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and transfer to the fridge to wait. 5. Take the tray out of the oven. Add broccoli and tomatoes. Continue baking for another 15-20 minutes. 6. Fry the cubes of Quorn in a frying pan until they turn golden brown. Add salt, black pepper, paprika and other spices of your choice. 7. Serve with the sauce.
