Tonight’s conversation is about something powerful, responsible, and deeply loving. Legacy. We are honored to welcome Shannon K. Cohall, Esq., LLM, MPH, an attorney, entrepreneur, and visionary leader who works at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and the law. She is the founder and principal of The Cohall Firm, where she helps entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, and startups protect what they are building through estate planning, business formation, intellectual property protection, and health law compliance. Shannon believes legacy is not just about wealth. It is about protection. It is about intention. It is about making sure your family, your business, and your values are secure for generations to come. In addition to her legal practice, Shannon serves as President and CEO of the Cornell Black Alumni Association, leading a powerful national network of more than 15,000 Black alumni. Her leadership focuses on community building, professional growth, scholarship, and investing in future generations. Her academic journey reflects excellence and dedication. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University, a Master of Public Health from Washington University in St. Louis, a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School, and recently completed a Master of Laws in Law, Technology, and Entrepreneurship from Cornell Law School at the Cornell Tech Campus. She continues to bridge innovation, equity, and emerging technology in everything she does. And beyond law and leadership, Shannon is also the co founder of Baked By GT, an online bakery she launched with her grandmother featuring Jamaican Black Cake. A beautiful reminder that legacy is built not only through contracts and documents, but through culture, tradition, and love. Tonight’s episode will help you understand why wills, trusts, and estate planning are not just legal documents. They are acts of care. They are blueprints for generational stability. They are declarations that what you built matters. Airs tonight, Sunday, February 15, 2026 at 7:00 PM EST. If you care about your family, your business, and the future you are creating, this is a conversation you do not want to miss. Your legacy deserves protection. Your story deserves continuity. And your rise deserves structure🫶 Subscribe to our channel for inspiring content promoting health, wellness, and a renewed sense of purpose!
