I am so thankful Grant was able to jump into action and unhook our neighbor's tractor from his baler that caught on fire. There was so much wind and things got scary fast. Luckily, we have so many firefighters in our area who know what to do, and our new tractor was already hooked up and ready to go! Things like this happen around us on the farm all the time and I am so glad that no one was hurt. However, it doesn't make loosing a piece of equipment any easier. I am honored to be running the 2025 New York City Marathon with Team Junior Achievement. Founded in 1919, they work in schools to teach and inspire young people to own their economic success.
