Tonight for Cast Iron Wednesday, we'll be making one of my favorite vegetable dishes: ratatouille. And yes, we'll be doing this in a manner similar to what we see in the famous and great Pixar movie...similar but not exact. Why not? Because preparing this dish in a cast iron pan means we'll have to do it slightly different. I've made this dish a number of times and I love the results. I hope this inspires you to give this dish a try, and change it to meet your preferences. (And I won't be wasting your time on the live video as I slice up all of those vegetables.)
