It discusses the necessity to open air vents, identify and then insulate pipework in the cellar, deal with the cold bridges eg hearth stones. There is a growing demand for this work driven by the rising awareness of the urgent need to reduce carbon emissions, the high cost of fuel and also a desire to increase levels of comfort.
