This time, I stayed at Hotel Urashima in Nachikatsuura-cho, Wakayama Prefecture. The most distinctive feature of this inn is that it is the largest hot spring resort on the Kii Peninsula! The entire island is a hotel, and as soon as you land, you'll be in hot spring paradise with the scent of sulfur! There are six hot springs, and the cave hot spring Genbudo and the large cave hot spring Boukido are particularly impressive on a huge scale, allowing you to feel the power of nature! This is my first visit in two and a half years to commemorate the 10,000th subscriber! There are also the longest escalator in Japan, Space Walker, and Noroiyama Amusement Park, where you can stroll around the island, so the island is so large that one day is not enough! This is an amazing inn that is like a theme park! This time, I stayed at Yamagamikan, which has the highest altitude at Urashima! The newly renovated buffet is also super delicious, and you can eat raw tuna from Nachikatsuura, steaks, tempura, the local specialty mehari sushi and sanma sushi, mandarin chicken, pickled plums, and very sweet mandarin oranges! If you stay at the main building, Nisshokan, or Nagisakan, you can also get an all-you-can-drink plan! It takes about 4 hours by car from Osaka, and you can take a bus from the parking lot, or get off at the pier and take Kame-san's boat! If you take the train, it's a 6-minute walk from the nearest Kii-Katsuura Station to the pier, so it's very close to the station!
