This is an interesting stage. Zero is actually traveling down the barrel of a massive particle beam. And the beam does infact fire every few seconds, so speed is a definite factor here. It may take a bit of trial and error to determine how far you can get between each particle beam round. Heat Genblem is a flame-based reploid. At the onset of the encounter, he surrounds himself in his flaming shell and bounces between the walls, slowly ascending towards the ceiling. This is directly followed by one of two attacks, which he uses in alternation: He will either float down and hover near one of the walls, then rotate in place while firing off a particle beam and two small flamethrowers. Or he will simply slam into the floor, attempting to crush Zero. Heat Genblem also retracts his head into his shell and shoots a long stream of flames in a sinusoidal pattern. It's avoidable, simply stand under one of the arcs. Damaging him is rather tricky. The only way to ensure your hit lands it to attack while he is attacking. If you attempt to, say, hit him with the buster while he's idle, he will defend it with his shell every time. So, this can be a slow and patient fight. His EX Skill, the Flame Fang, is a rising uppercut he performs after blocking an attack. Heat Genblem's elemental weakness is electricity.
