On the 18th, 19th and 20th February, 1998, You Am I supported Oasis at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo. Here we have a montage of clips from the 20th - the band are back to a three-piece with the departure of Greg Hitchcock, and in great form. The video is Handycam quality, but the audio is soundboard, with long-time You Am I crew member Cameron McAuley behind the desk. What the Japanese audience thought of the antipodean trio is unknown, though there was an attempt to break the band in Japan during the late '90s/early 2000s, with a handful of local CD releases. You Am I would go on to support Oasis on the subsequent Australia/New Zealand leg of their Be Here Now tour. This clip was initially made available as a bonus for purchasers of the Dilettantes album on iTunes. 0:00 Introduction 0:47 Junk 3:42 Good Mornin' 7:33 Soldiers 9:56 Rumble 12:27 Mr. Milk 15:06 Baby Clothes During "Baby Clothes" Tim quotes from the Small Faces' "Song of a Baker"
