Last week's Sunday Prep was so fun and rewarding thoughout the week I thought I'd do another one. It's so helpful to have meals prepped and ready to go even during this time that we're mostly at home. #withme Philly Cheesesteak Beef Roast inspiration https://idn-timesnews.blogspot.com/20... Pioneer Woman Come and Get It cookbook https://amzn.to/2SZ4gSF Peanut Butter Balls 4 T. peanut butter 4 T. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 4 T. corn syrup 2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs + more for rolling Regular Granola Bars 2 1/2 c. rice krispies 2 c. quick oats 1/2 c. dried fruit, optional 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. corn syrup 1/2 c. peanut butter 1 t. vanilla 1/2 c. chocolate chips Combine cereals and fruit in large bowl. Bring to a boil sugar and syrup. Remove from heat and stir in PB and vanilla. Pour over dry mix and stir to combine. Dump in sprayed pan and throw on the choc. chips - press firmly into pan. Sometimes I let it cool a little first before pressing so the chocolate chips to melt and get all smeary. Good luck!! Chicken Noodle Soup 3 chicken breasts boiled and shredded. Strain the chicken drippings and use as the base for the soup. Add 12 cups water, 3 T. Knorr chicken seasoning, 4 carrots, 4 celery ribs, 1 onion and chicken. Cook until veggies are soft. Add noodles.
